Covid Update

Wow what a crazy summer we have all had, fortunately here at Van Furniture we have remained busy and managed to stay open throughout closing only to customer visits when required, whilst Covid has caused some difficulties with supply of fixings and more recently supply of foam for our cushions overall we are very fortunate to be in a business surrounding UK & Europe travel and with travel abroad deeply affected, Camper vans have proved incredibly popular and seem to be growing in demand evermore.

August saw a mad rush for us with our popular sliding beds and basic kits with everybody wanting to get away in there van Post Covid lockdown for a short later summer break.

September we installed our second CNC router with automatic tool changer allowing us to double production and moved into an additional workshop in Thetford, Norfolk next door to our main workshop doubling our available space, having two workshops separated by a wall enables us to keep the furniture manufacture of CNC machines being very loud and dusty separate to our assembly, packing and showroom area.

Whilst we come in to our second Covid lockdown, Van Furniture are looking forward to the release of some very long awaited product designs and product updates, please note in Lockdown we are forced to close our showroom to the public, we are remaining open as a manufacturing company but the retail side of the business has to unfortunately close in November 2020, we can arrange videos and photos of our display cabinets that are available to purchase, we can arrange contactless collections.
