‘Do you offer different fabrics for your cushions?’


As soon as your order reaches fulfilment you will be automatically notified via email and provided with a consignment number which can be used for live tracking with our parcels. For larger orders that we send out via pallet we use a system called “Book in with consignee” this means when your pallet reaches the depot locally to you our couriers will be in touch to organise a delivery slot that’s suitable for you. This means hopefully no missed deliveries or unexpected pallets turning up!

Pallet Deliveries are very large and not something easily moved, arrangements for “safe spaces” are likely not possible. If opting for a pallet delivery it is under your responsibility that your property is able to accept a road side pallet delivery..

‘Does this bed fit a Bongo…?’

We cannot advise fitment of our products into every van type, We design our beds and cabinets as universal fit as possible. We have added drawings and dimensions to each of our products, please have a look at the dimensions before ordering. Our new range of cabinets will be scribed to a VW T5 / T6 or we offer square cabinets for self scribing and fitting to a number of different vans.


‘Can you do bespoke?’

Unfortunately Van Furniture no longer take on any bespoke projects. We are concentrating on our standard kit orders and constantly developing new unique products to our range. When the new kits are available they will be added to our product pages.


Design Changes?

Van Furniture are unable to change any of our existing products. We’ve tried to make our products easy to adapt yourself with the right tools and skills. Check the product pages for further drawings and information on dimensions


‘Can you deliver my roof and floor Kit?’

No, I’m afraid our Oak T5/6 roof, floor and work tops are strictly collection only, no pallet deliveries or arranging your own courier.


‘What is your turnaround time?’

Our turnaround times are now added to our website, these regularly changes and are shown as live turnaround times. Our turnaround times are subject to change daily, depending on current workload. Please bear with us in busy times, we are a small company and often work around the clock to keep up with demand. Please try not to email or call asking for updates on your order before our advised lead-times. We get a number of phone calls and messages every day asking for an update 3 days into a 10 day lead time. We cannot advise on an exact dispatch date until your order is ready to dispatch or collect. We have invested heavily in further equipment and additional staff to help production volume and this will considerably benefit our turnaround times


‘When can i arrange collection of my order?’

Our workshop is open for collections 8am - 5pm Monday - Thursday, 8am - 3pm on Fridays, we can not arrange collections at weekends.


‘Do you do cushions for…?’

We have a limited range of cushions. We can not offer cushions for every one of our beds. All of our current cushion range is online ready to purchase and is regularly updated with new cushions.


‘Do you offer different fabrics for your cushions?’

Van Furniture get our cushions in bulk so are unable to offer a choice of fabrics or bespoke upholstery.


‘Do you have a showroom?’

Yes, although we have recently moved premises so although our showroom is not as far along as we would like it to be. We currently have some kitchens in stock as well as a demo U-Shape bed set up.

‘Can i view your range of laminated ply colours?’

We have an available range of 400 different laminates to choose from. Please have a look at Geaves.com under the Stylam and Gentas range.

‘Can i track my delivery, do you have a time slot?’

Our orders are shipped with Team C couriers for either pallet deliveries or consignments. When your labels are booked, you will be emailed confirmation of its dispatch and tracking information. We use next day deliveries where possible. Our couriers provide a tracking and re-delivery service with all consignments, we cannot provide a tracking service on a pallet service.


‘Can I change my delivery address?’

Once your order has been processed we are unable to change your delivery address. Please provide a phone number with your order incase of any delivery queries. Adding a phone number allows the courier to contact you on the day of delivery, if needed, to help locate your address. If you place your order through eBay, we can not change any of your details so please check carefully for any errors. 


‘Can i add to my order?’

‘Do you ship to europe?’

Unfortunately as this time we are unable to arrange shipment outside of mainland UK. We are working on solutions to resume shipment for the rest of the world but have no indication on when this may be available again.


‘Do you accept returns?’

All of our items are made to order so we are unable to offer returns, please check your sizes carefully before ordering. If you want to cancel an order after ordering and before dispatch you are liable for covering all of the material costs. If you have ordered the incorrect size sliding bed we can offer an exchange if and only if your bed is returned to us in its original condition without being assembled or drilled, this is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and only available on standard size birch ply sliding beds.


‘Do you sell your designs?’

Van Furniture do not sell any of our CAD drawings or CNC files.

We can supply matching Laminate sheets of ply to accompany an order , however do not supply these an isolated product. These are popular with customers wanting to make additions to our furniture kits.

‘Do you sell the laminated sheets of ply?’


Apologies, unfortunately Van Furniture does not offer a fitting service, all of our kits are relatively simple to install and we can always offer support or advice if needed.

Van Furniture offer a trade price for registered conversion companies. Trade partner accounts have to be verified, please contact us for further infromation.
