CNC routing
All van Furniture products are designed in CAD software, we now upload CAD drawings to our website to clearly show all dimensions online with our products. We use a variety of different CAD programes from Autocad to Fushion 360.
Using the latest Fushion 360 modeling software, Van Furniture now test of our our products in 3D modelling software to cut down on prototype manufacturing time. We have 3D models of all hinges, runners and components.
With a large in-house 9 horsepower 10’ x 5’ CNC router running the latest CAM software.
Our CNC router is capable of machining 40mm thick solid oak to the finest of veneers.

Van Furniture manufacture all products from either 15mm birch ply for strength or lightweight ply for its low weight. All our plywood is available with a unique and unrivaled range of 400 different high pressure laminates in a huge range of colours, textures and finishes. We do not use any MDF or chip-board (MFC) these are too weak and heavy.
All Van Furniture products are sent out with printed assembly instructions detailing each numbered component, each fixing and a clear guide on how to assemble.
All our kits are designed for customers with experience assembling flat pack furniture and good DIY skills are required.
All of our products are available as collection, free of charge from our workshop in Thetford, Norfolk.
