Stock Colour Laminate + Plain Ply + Buffalo Board Kits - (15 Working days- Not including Bank holidays)
Individual Bespoke Colours + Cust U-Shape cushions - 6-8 Weeks
Roofs , Floors, Window Panels : 1-2 weeks
Unfortunately we are unable to take on any bespoke projects at this time as we are focusing on our flat pack furniture and exciting new products!
Our roofs, floors and low level kitchens are collection only, all items available for delivery are sent on a next working day service, when orders complete for dispatch customers will be sent the tracking information.
We use APC / Team C for our UK deliveries.
Our lead times as advised are approximations, we do state on our website they can be varied according to production volumes. We work through all of our orders chronologically as they are purchased. We can not change or speed up the nature of an order or offer a queue jumping service. If you are collecting your order we will be in touch to notify completion, for roofs, floors & window panels please get in touch to organise collection as we like to try and keep this in stock. If you have paid for delivery then we will be in touch when your order is complete notifying you with an approximate delivery date as well as information for tracking your parcel. Larger pallet deliveries work on a “Book in with consignee” system, can take up to 3-5 working days and are not trackable.
Our estimated lead times can vary + / - 10 working days depending on peak times and current workload. Van Furniture are unable to give dispatch dates or updates on orders, we get everything ready as fast as possible and will confirm when everything is ready for dispatch or in-store collection.
